Tonifying is a part of health preservation, including nourishment and adjustment of one's state of mind and diet. When the body is well hydrated, the skin becomes more radiant and less prone to dryness.

Simple Soup Cooking Tips:
- Soak the dried ingredients in water, blanch the meat, and after about half an hour, you'll have soup.
- Many young people nowadays don't know how to cook soup. Today, I'll teach you two simple and easy-to-remember methods. By following these steps each time you cook soup, you can easily bring rich and nourishing flavors to your family.
✅ Soaking: Soak various dried ingredients for about twenty minutes before use. For example, lotus seeds, lily bulbs, mung beans, red dates, and Quan Shen.
✅ Blanching meat: For pork, ribs, beef, lamb, and chicken, these meats contain a small amount of blood and impurities. Place the meat in room temperature water and heat it until it boils. After boiling for a few minutes, turn off the heat. Rinse the meat and it's ready to use.
Place all the ingredients in a pot, add eight bowls of water, and simmer for an hour and a half to get a delicious soup.
Recommended Cooking Method:
- Soak all ingredients in room temperature water for about 20 minutes. Conch slices need to be soaked and washed for 1 hour.
- If using meat, blanch it and set it aside.
- Place the blanched meat and soaked ingredients into the pot.
- Add about eight bowls of water, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about an hour and a half.
- After turning off the heat, add a small amount of salt according to personal taste.
